SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Our goal is to deliver your purchase in the quickest and most economical way possible. We review each order individually, factoring in destination, weight and size of items. Exact Shipping Charges and Delivery Details for your entire order will be calculated prior to Purchase Order. Order tracking numbers will be provided.
DELIVERY TIME
We have a wide range of products available in our main selection, which can be delivered in 3-4 weeks. Much of our selection is also customized and delivery time for custom-made special orders is 6-10 weeks varying upon complexity of piece or pieces and will be discussed prior to order.
FURNITURE DAMAGES AND DEFECTS
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. Attention to detail in design, materials and construction is always forefront. Every item in our collection is carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. We encourage you to do the same upon receipt of your purchase. In the event that damage occurs in transit, or if you discover any defect in manufacture, please contact us at 718.797.2030 within 7 days of delivery; we will accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected. Exchanges, credits and refunds issued will be for the item purchase price only. Wood grain variation and some patina variation are natural and not considered defects.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Furniture orders require a 50% deposit, which is non-refundable after 10 days. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will gladly take it back (within 30 days of receipt, in original condition and packaging) for an exchange or refund of the cost of the goods. Sorry but we cannot accept returns on custom pieces. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return shipping fees will apply. A restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price applies to all furniture orders.
SWATCHES AND SAMPLES
Samples of material and finishes are available for most items. Please call to arrange for sample delivery. Some samples like metals and woods may require a small cost if made prior to purchase order and deposit. Delivery will be factored into cost.
CUSTOM
We take great pride that we are selected by so many residential and commercial clients for completely custom and site specific design and products. Please call the studio directly 718.797.2030 for further inquiry and discussion. We often are willing to customize sizes, materials and finishes on our existing furniture.

LIGHT POLES
We produce a very unique light fixture. All lamps and light fittings conform to US guidelines for domestic and commercial use. Some of our lamps are not available in all countries. Please check with studio.
Our Light Staffs, Light Poles and Floor Lamp all hold US Design Patents.
